Phillip, I don’t know if you remember me but I called you earlier this year regarding a Loan Modification that my bank did not recognize. I just wanted to let you know that I received great advice from you and wanted to let you know what happened and why I did not call you back.
Before I contacted you I had e-mailed and written a few dozen organizations to hope that someone could help me with my situation. It was hard for most to believe that an institution such as Bank of America would pull something like this on a person but I also sent an e-mail and a written complaint to the State Controller of Currency.
A few days after I contacted you I received a call from Bof A North American Office and the Loss Mitigation Manager said that she was contacted by the State Treasury that Controls banks to work with me on a Loan Modification! Can you believe that? Anyway, she offered me a deal and I signed everything and just started paying this month. I just wanted to let you know that had that not happened I would have definitely used your services.Thank you so much for doing the kind of work that you do. I felt good when you said, “normally, I wouldn’t have believed something like this from a reputable bank, but with the things that I have been hearing lately it is probably true.” If I ever need you again, I won’t hesitate to call.Thanks again!
