July 10 2015 – The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will hear arguments on Friday that could either lift or keep the injunction that has halted President Obama’s executive actions.  The executive actions was meant to give additional rights under DACA (Deffered Action for Childhood Arrivals) and DAPA(Deferred Action for Parents Arrivals) for undocumented immigrants but both were put on hold through an injunction. Both programs were intended to give some hope to millions who have been living in the United States some kind benefits namely a work permit. Note that none of the executive actions of the President was meant to give amnesty to any “illegal immigrants.”  The programs were also not a path to citizenship. They were initiated and passed to allow hardworking people to get a chance to enhance their lives and get out of the darkness of being undocumented. If the 5th Circuit sides with the Texas Federal courts then the chances of DAPA and extended DACA will be gone.  It will be hard for the government to be able to make it happen unless the US Supereme Court intervenes.

We all hope that the 5th Circuit will see some truth in the arguments which are being made by the government and that such laws should actually not be barred in the benefit of America. Tomorrow, will therefore, be going to be decisive day for immigration!
