April 12 2016 - The UNNJ cases have brought back some really interesting concepts or reliefs which most people in the community has not experienced for a long time. Failure to Change Address – UNNJ issue!

Whenever you move, you need to file an AR 11 form for change of address. This is mandatory. Justice Department Published complaints against Defendants on UNNJ cases

April 9 2016 - The UNNJ case is a sting operation by the DHS using a "fake university" called University of Northern New Jersey (UNNJ). The sting operation  has been going on since 2012.  As  the cases will unfold we will know whether the UNNJ students or ex-students were 'co-conspirators' or just victims? Misleading information from UNNJ – Were the students just victims?

ICE is talking about the big sting operation on the so-called University of Northern New Jersey (UNNJ) arresting agents and punishing students by cutting their SEVIS.
